Brian and his team completed several projects on our house in Rosapenna, Downings and their professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail completely sets them apart. In Particular Brian’s willingness to engage with us to ensure we had a full understanding of the process and the materials was invaluable. His knowledge of regulations, materials along with his ideas made this a seamless process. His project management of the timeline and budget was a great source of comfort and indeed the finished product far exceeded our expectations.  I would encourage anyone considering changes to their home to engage with Brian and his team as this is how construction work should be done.
